Banks are much more selective in making loans and most customers see significant revisions in rates and terms at renewal. To provide some perspective, we asked three local bankers to provide commentary - John Norris from Oakworth Capital Bank, Steve Palm with ServisFirst Bank and one banker who asked to remain anonymous.
