Andy received his education from Auburn University where he obtained a B.S. Degree in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy degree. He is a native of Birmingham, AL, an active CPA and CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), and has six years of professional experience.
His professional experience includes four years in public accounting, with a Big 4 and local firm, as well as financial analysis at a Fortune 500 company. He had the opportunity to lead financial statement audits including risk assessments, identifying and reviewing controls, and preparing financial reports. He has experience working on financial/fraud audit engagements, including large scale, multi-year restatements.
Andy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), AICPA Forensic and Valuation Services, and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
