Beth Allen graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1992 and completed her CPA in 1993. She joined Dent, Baker in 1992.
A Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Beth is the manager of the Employee Benefits Department at the firm and specializes in qualified retirement plans with an expertise in plan audits, administrative services, and compliance consultation.
Beth currently serves on the Board of the Profit Sharing/401(k) Council of Alabama, and is a past president. She is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the Hoover Chamber of Commerce and the Vulcan Trail Association.
