Marchman Smith joined Dent Baker in January 2004. Marchman received a Bachelors Degree from the University of Alabama, and an Accounting Equivalency from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Prior to joining the firm he gained experience in sales, communications and public accounting.
He is currently developing expertise in many areas of accounting. He has had the opportunity to work in our Client Accounting Services Department, he works closely with our international clients, as well as participates in various audit and tax engagements.
Marchman is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and an active member of the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce.
Marchman Smith, originally from Jackson, MS, joined Dent, Baker in January 2004. He received a BA from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL and is pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from UAB.
Marchman has spent the past two years in public accounting and prior, worked in banking and communications.
