Scott Allen, a graduate of Auburn University from the College of Business, joined Impact Technology Group in October of 2005. His focus of study at Auburn in Management Information Systems provided the training needed for him to become a Network Support Specialist.
Scott has been in the technology industry for seven years. His experience in network architecture configuration, design, implementation and support are his primary focus at Impact. This includes network security, LAN/WAN design and implementation, disaster recovery planning, consulting, project management, and remote access utilities.
Managing networks in a diverse spectrum of companies has given him the experience he needs to support several industry specific applications and retail software. Some of the software packages supported are Windows OS Platforms, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange, CCH products, Timberline Estimating and Accounting, Expedition, Peachtree, and many others.
