William J. Bailey, Jr., CPA - Principal

Bill Bailey, born and raised in the Birmingham area, received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Alabama in 1977 and became a CPA in 1979. He first worked with the firm in the late 1970's through the mid 1980's, and then rejoined Dent, Baker & Company, LLP in 1993.

Bill provides accounting, auditing and tax services for privately held businesses, which include wholesale and manufacturing companies and various service firms.

Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.
